We start with breaking news. Homeland Security Secretary Christy Knoem announced that all DHS officers on the ground in Minneapolis, including ICE, will be issued body cameras.

It's what advocates and critics of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown

have long called for. Head to CNN.com for details. The federal government likely won't reopen

until at least tomorrow. That's when the House is expected to hold critical votes on a spending

package the Senate passed on Friday. A partial shutdown took effect on Saturday. Speaker Mike Johnson says he's confident the House can advance the bill,

but it has to clear a procedural hurdle.

All Democrats are expected to vote against it,

and Johnson can't afford to lose more than a handful of GOP votes.

On Truth Social, President Donald Trump urged House members to pass the deal as is without delay.

President Trump says he's slashing tariffs on India after the country's prime minister agreed to stop buying Russian oil and replace those imports with oil from Venezuela and the U.S.

CNN's Matt Egan explains.

Now that is very significant because India is the second biggest buyer of Russian oil, second only behind China.

Now, this is a big deal because oil is obviously a huge

part of Russia's economy. And so the hope here is that if their number two customer goes

down to something close to zero, that could really put some pressure on Moscow's war machine.

And it could try to force a deal. That's what they hope when it comes to the war in Ukraine.

He said 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie has mobility issues and is without key medication,
