the angle of and quite a few people are interested. So John was one of

many people who wrote in and asked, do you have a link to the adjustable step-up box that you

mentioned on the latest Monday minute episode? And now we do, because I asked for it Steve,

and we will include it in the show description. But any, since people are asking or expressing interest, or now we'll probably go in to look at it

on Amazon, any other info you want to share on that thing?

No, I bought it years ago, three or four years ago, and it really hasn't seen a whole lot of

use because, I don't don't know just wasn't something

it just kind of sat in the corner of my garage I've used it you know literally six times a year

or something total but obviously talking about PT and rehabbing getting ready for the death hike
