Welcome to the Monday Minute of the Hunt Backcountry podcast. These are shorter and more informal episodes where we answer listener questions and on the first Monday the month. We also do the first Monday. This came about in 2025 basically because of you guys, listeners and your feedback, wanting to hear more informal behind the scenes,

ongoing stuff. So that's what we're doing today, Steve, with the first Monday. We will

maybe get to some specific listener questions, but part of what at least I had to talk about

is tied to listener questions. We'll get to that. But first, part of what we do is talk about the gear the hunt the hunter

but also what's going on with exo and uh coming off of another weekend where we had another show

stevie here at the boisey show for a bit and the first time that exo was at the show in the backyard

yeah it is that we there's just the the Idaho Sportsman show here in town.

It's not a, it's just a small show and, you know, it's plenty of vendors.

It's not like a very hunting specific show, but it's okay.

And then I did it in the early days of S&S archery before there was ever even a website.

I would, I think I had four or five years of

doing a booth there. And it was fun to return. Certainly a lot of Idaho customers, people that

have known for a long time, but maybe hadn't seen them. And maybe it's been 10 years. That was

fun to run into people. And it was a good show. Well, we had fun and then loaded up.

I wasn't there actually yesterday on Sunday, but Jake and Justin loaded up the trailer and

basically got the booth ready to go to drive over to Hillsborough, Oregon on Thursday for that new Northwest Hunt Expo.

Yeah, so that Northwest Hunt Expo is this coming weekend.
