Another fun weekend with the kids, took them skiing up at, uh, or we have a local to Boise

ski resort called Bogus Basin, went up there yesterday and hadn't skied that and legit 20 years, dude, since college, which is crazy.

We went Sunday at like, we were there from 2 to 7, and it it was just it was a madhouse i was like what

that yeah but kids out of blast they're getting better and better on the skis every time we

get them out and having a lot of fun are you do you feel like an old man like the next morning

after you ski or do you feel pretty good you You know, yes and no.

But I've also been significantly better on the,

we were talking about knee pain and stuff like that.

So just some of the workouts that, heck, you showed me a year or two ago,

just doing in the garage there, I've been doing those three to four days a week.

And I think that helps a ton, just lunges and those Bulgarian split squats.

And there's probably five or six different ones I've been doing.

So, yeah, I think they help a lot.

But yesterday, I was, you know, my boy is still, like, he has no fear.
