Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Total Soccer show.

My name is Taylor Rockwell, and it's Tuesday, which means we're talking domestic soccer, we're talking MLS, we're talking transfers.

To do so, I'm joined by a man who has returned home from the All-Star game, Mr. Skills Challenge himself, Mr. Goley Wars himself, it's Joe Lowry. Hello, Joe. You know, I'm not saying that if MLS had me out there on the field, that we would have done better, but I am saying that if I've been out there, we would have done better. Taylor, MLS losing the Skills Challenge and the All-Star game, this is, if there was ever a sign, Taylor, that MLS needed a fourth DP. I think it was Tuesday night a week ago.

You've made me wonder now, should we go the other direction of having the team of MLS All-Stars, the team of Ligamecki's All-Stars, and then should we have an amateur team or like a podcast team, a media team, just so we can see night and day how different the abilities are?

Well, so this is, I saw a tweet yesterday that was once again, I'm asking, I'm begging to have

one regular dude go out there and do every Olympic event just so we can see how truly

impressive these actual Olympians really are. I think we're right in that same vein, Taylor,

and I'm here for it. Yeah, dude, it's funny how much that happens for me. A person who, like, talks about soccer knows how difficult it is, knows how challenging it could be. But even, like, I was watching the Korea versus China archery final at the Olympics, and I was just like, oh, come on eight? You only got an eight on that one? That's embarrassing. And then kind of forgetting that they're like three quarters of a football field away and have no optics or anything like that or sort of way of enhancing. They are just nailing that target from 75 yards. But me sitting at home eating potato chips was like, come on. Got to get a nine out of ten at least. Well, this is why Grimm hates the Olympics and only likes the opening ceremony. He doesn't like, truly, he doesn't like that everybody just becomes an expert on every single sport for two and a half weeks in the middle of the summer. Graham, there's some truth in that. There's some truth in that. Our resident Mongolian league expert, Graham Ruthven, who only is an expert about the things upon which he is an expert.

Joe, you, I would say, are an expert of all things major league soccer. And that's what we are here to

discuss today. We have had some transfers happen. So we are going to play, once again, the Joe

Lowry Enthusiasm Index, the new signings edition. I have 11 potential entrance for you. Maybe we'll just end

up doing 10 by the end of this one, but I'm going to give Joe, I think most of these are new

signings. There's a few outliers in there. Joe will be ranking them as they come in where they are

on his enthusiasm index,

one being most enthusiastic, 10 being least enthusiastic,

and then we will enjoy as he has to scramble in the last minute

to make sure that everybody he's got listed is where they should be

or argue why he wasn't wrong to put them where he did.

And I'll be doing lots of arguing. I can tell you that much. I think this one will be in some ways more difficult and in some ways easier because I don't think there are any obvious like, ooh, that is bad. Okay. Normally there is a, like FC Dallas's current form and Joe will have to figure out why they should be in the fourth lot when

really they should have been at the 10th. Here I feel like it's much more. Just give it time. Just
