All right, welcome to the Carl Jackson show. This is your daily dose of objective truth in a world of confusion and lies.

Got a lot of news that I want to get to. Obviously, this was a huge week. President Trump became the 47th president of the United States of America. And we've got a lot to talk about

on that issue, as well as Biden's pardons, Trump's executive actions, all of that and more coming

up. But the first thing I want to start with is this week, we also celebrated the birthday

of Martin Luther King, Jr. And I want to talk about, you know, many people will say, all right, Martin Luther King,

Jr., we're fighting for his vision, we're fighting for his dream, Martin Luther King's dream.

And I'm here to tell you, that dream has already been realized.

God has already used Martin Luther King, Jr.

In marvelous ways inside of the United States.

Now, guys, I already know there's some of you out there, and I get it,

that will look at Martin Luther King Jr.'s pass.

He does have a sordid pass, but I am one that believes that God can use anyone.

And Martin Luther King was a man that I believe was used by God.

I recall one time driving in my vehicle and I was praying to God and I was thinking

about the race hustlers, if you will.

I was thinking about Jesse Jackson, although at that time I didn't necessarily consider

him a race hustler, but I was, I was a new Christian, if you will, and I was sitting there

just asking God and tussling with him, God, I don't understand why it is that Martin Luther

King, Jr. had the impact that he had on civil rights. And also, I mean, I didn't know much about

Martin Luther King, Jr. besides that he was the leader, the civil rights movements in the 60s.

And so I didn't know much about him beyond that, you know, frankly. All right. And so, and so, you know, I can remember asking God, though,

how come he had the impact that he did? But Jesse Jackson doesn't seem to have the same level of
