rationale for why Tony Clark stepped down as we were heading into a very important offseason

trying to save baseball for next year is that the Eastern District of New York is accusing him of misappropriation of union funds

when he came to an amounts to an NIL deal that was negotiated by half of baseball players.

Now, the NFL PA director was caught up in the same investigation.

So it's not just Tony Clark, but the idea is that he allegedly self-enriched off the player's pool of money and got caught and the Eastern District has filed or got an indictment against him, okay?
