So that's not good. So back to the initial point of all of this discussion. The initial point was dude from the MLBPA saying it's actually worse for baseball. If there's a salary cap or it's worse for fans. And I understand why he has to make that argument. I understand that he represents the players and ain't no player wants to have fewer opportunities to make as much money as a team is willing to pay. It's kind of socialist in a way, right? That would be the argument. This is a socialist argument. But the argument you would make is works in the NFL and you'll find yours and you'll get yours anyway. And all these NFL teams are able to work around the salary cap. Do you think they wouldn't be able to do that in baseball? The salary cap is fake in the NFL.

Do you think it would be any less fake in Major League Baseball?

But once you've been giving people something for so long,

once you've been giving them this leeway and you've been given them the opportunity

to go out and get a billion-dollar contract on the open market,

what happens when you can't? Well, what would happen is fewer teams, well, more teams,

in theory, would be able to give bigger deals to fewer people on a team-by-team basis.

But maybe, I think in in the idealistic viewpoint...
