Mitch is doing a great job covering the team, as most of you know,

part of the JP podcast, which airs, what, a couple times a week, right? Something like that?

Yeah, we got three podcasts a week, a TV show, and live streaming after pretty much every

game. There you go on Monumental Sports at Mitch underscore Tishler. So we don't have to spend a lot

of time on this. Honestly, I don't even really care

about this. I can't believe that anybody would get worked up over Hartman, Driscoll, Josh Johnson,

but I guess that's where we've gotten to for at least a small group of people. But just,

can you walk us through why Jeff Driscoll rather than just going with Josh Johnson and Sam Hartman the rest

of the way. Yeah, I mean, I guess I was a little surprised. We saw Sam Hartman in training

camp in the preseason, and I just don't think after the shoulder injury that he really has

the arm strength to really play quarterback in the league. And quite frankly, this coaching staff kind of told you, you know, what they thought about him when they kept Josh Johnson on the roster. I mean, this is a guy. Obviously, everyone knows his story, has been all around the NFL for years and years. And, you know, he doesn't provide you a ton of upside, but he does give you some stability as a third string quarterback. If they really thought Sam Hartman could be the guy, then they probably would have had Sam as your third quarterback. But he's kind of like, who was the team manager in the NCAA tournament? McNee State. Remember, McGee State had the team manager walked out with a boombox with the team. He was just kind of a vibes guy. And I think that's where Samman kind of plays into this whole thing. He's good for the quarterback room. He's good for the

locker room. Guys like having him around and that's kind of his role here. Well, is it also

possible that Driscoll didn't want that position that he was hoping to catch on with somebody else

and decided, hey, I'd like an opportunity

to at least work my way into a backup role somewhere?
