So this redistricting debate continues to rage on here in Indiana, and now Mitch Daniels, former governor, has weighed in with an op-ed-in in the Washington Post.

Yeah, he said that Indiana lawmakers' duty is to their constituents, not to the White House or national political organizations.

Well, and, you know, the redistricting debate is fascinating because I think it's

much bigger than just redistricting. It's like an eye, it's like an opening into the mind of

the populace as a collective because you used to be able to, and I think this is where Mitch Daniels

is coming from, used to be able to sit down with people kind of with facts and go, okay, here's what's

actually going on. And the people go, oh, yeah, you're kind of right. Now, the people acknowledge

what the facts are. And they're just straight up. Don't care. We don't care. Yeah. And so I've thought

about this quite a bit over the last week and several people have sent me messages, including one pretty

high profile person here in

Indiana politics and said, I just love how you continue to swat down all the people that

come at you on redistricting.

And I said, well, what do I care?

Like, to me, it's the Republicans have done nothing for my family or me.
