Back in the saddle after a busy weekend. Hopefully your weekend was restful.

Gotta tell you I'm a little nervous for the Dodgers right now.

I knew that going into the National League Championship Series against Philadelphia that it was going to be

well challenging I mean they are the reigning world series champions

thanks for tuning in you are listening to fighting for the faith my name is

Chris Rosebrough and I'm your servant in Jesus Christ and this is the program that

dishes up a daily dose of biblical discernment. The goal of which is to get you to

think bibically, to get you to think critically, and to compare what people are saying in the name of God to the word of God.

God's word is true.

And the reason I know it's true is because Jesus Christ claimed it to be God's word and proved his credentials

on such matters by raising himself from the dead three days after he was

crucified by Pontius Pilate. Tough, really tough to beat those credentials, at least bibically, spiritually.

You understand what I'm saying.

I'm going to go with Jesus.

So you know, if you say something that contradicts Jesus, I'm going with Jesus.

If you contradict, If you contradict something that Jesus

said is God's word, I'm going with Jesus. Just call me a plea, call me a simpleton, call me a fundamentalist, call me a plebe, a simpleton, call me a fundamentals, call me all kinds of names, but generally if you're doing that because I'm going with Jesus, well it's because you ain't going with Jesus and you're

trying to convince other people to not go with Jesus which I just think is kind of
