So good afternoon, everybody here from Midtown Manhattan.

I am Paul Morrow sitting in for Jimmy Fidler.

And, you know, we normally start these shows very lightheartedly, kick ourselves off with a positive vibe.

But very difficult to do that right now.

The press conference is ongoing in Minneapolis relative to this mass shooting, and we are going

to take you to that now so that we get the update.

They just wrapped?

All right.

Looks like the press conference is down, so let me recap for those of you out there who

might not have heard it.

Looks like the shooter approached the Ascension School from outside and didn't enter the location, but shot into the church during a mass for students and teachers shot through the windows. Currently, we have two DOA, both of them children, one eight years old, one 10 years old,

unknown gender.

Shooter is a male, early 20s, armed with a rifle, shotgun, and a pistol.

The threat is mitigated.

Looks like, according to the reporting, the shooter took his own life after MPD, that is, Minneapolis PD responded.

Chances are he used a pistol to do that, not easy to suicide with a long gun.

So again, he had a rifle, he had a shotgun, he had a pistol.

So he came ready and prepared to do what he wanted to do.

He is DOA at this time.

He is, it sounds like, identified.

They have his vehicle, so they know who he is at this point.
