Another tragedy of Minnesota.

I sat on special report on Thursday night.

Minnesota is an open carry and a concealed carry state.

I was very worried about something just like has happened, a second death.

But I don't have an opinion on it because I've been around law enforcement long enough to know,

and I have covered everything from Rodney King to this latest police involved or law enforcement involved shooting,

to know I don't know.

And nobody knows.

And we won't know until very skilled investigators review every frame of every video to decide what that sequence of less than 10 seconds involved.

I would like Minnesota to begin cooperating with ICE.
