Oh my God, it's a minisode and I'm on one.

I don't think I've ever been on a minisode, have I?

Maybe.

No, this is the first minisode where Sarah is joining me.

That's Sarah, everyone.

And I'm Katie.

And we are on a minisode together.

It's normally just me.

But we needed to respond to something, and this was the only way to really do that because if you all

don't know on Apple Podcasts you can leave us reviews and ratings but we cannot respond to those

they're just out there for everyone to see and they affect how our podcast

gets distributed. So before we even get into this, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone

who has left us good ratings and reviews. I mean, it's their, uh, your, your, your heart melters,

all of you. And by far and away, most of our reviews are really great. So if you've done that, thank you so much. But we got a review recently that's titled, Disappointing.

It just, and before we even get into it, like, the thing is that I was just talking to Katie about and what we've been to it about yesterday when she said over this review because I don't, I rarely check the reviews because some days, you know, you can be in a really good place and it's totally fine to get these

reviews and you just to laugh it off. And other days, especially when you're 32 weeks pregnant,

it's just not what you want to fucking read. Okay? Like, and it's not helpful. And my thought is

always why take the time to leave a bad review?

Like, I have listened to multiple podcasts where it was recommended to me.

And I thought, like, yeah, let me give it a go.

Quickly, I realized, like, either I didn't really like the topics that they talked about
