slash film editor and chief film critic Chris Mandalista.

Hello. All right Chris let's get into what we've been watching let's just cut all

the other crap and just talk about what we've been watching this episode.

Yeah. Speaking of crap, Chris, you and I both saw Jurassic World Dominion, which is making

a lot of money and is very successful so that means that we don't have to feel too

bad about talking about how bad we thought it was.

Why don't you go first?

What a bad movie, huh?

Yeah, there was sort of like a dispiriting feeling that I got when I, you know, about, I don't know, know 20 30 minutes into the movie where I was like oh they really kind of aren't going to engage with the

with the what I thought the premise of this movie was like at all because the the previous movie did this baton thing where like it built up to this this release of all these dinosaurs out into the wild right and? And like, seemed to be like promising

that this third movie in this trilogy

would deal with the interplay

between dinosaurs in the world and humans

and like how we've sort of come to to coexist and all of that kind of stuff and then the movie

this movie introduces that concept in like an opening expository

like a YouTube video yesterday Yeah. And then it sort of just goes off on like a side

quest and then I guess we'll say... About bugs. It is, yeah. We're gonna say

spoilers for Jurassic World Dominion so we can talk about this really. I assume most of the people listening to this is probably seen the movie by now. But it does this whole side quest and then it like returns to that at the very very end.
