One listener writes in about how to work in regular delegation of chores/household duties, and another has question about what Sarah actually brings back and forth to work! As this episode airs, it is the very end of January.

I don't know about anybody else, but I definitely feel like this month lasted quite a while.

I think there's something about having all of these new goals and then inevitably some of them not working out.

than willing to help with meals, lighthouse work, etc., while the oldest is in preschool, or during

1:55.2

naps, but I struggle to plan in advance to delegate appropriately. Do you have tips or methods for the best
