Welcome guys and gals to the man talk show. I'm Connor Beaton and today we are going to talk about

the conundrum of leadership. Now recently I have been diving more and more into the concept of

masculine leadership and it's something that has really intrigued and inspired me to you you know, just dig into things like existential

philosophy and spirituality and masculine feminine dynamics, power dynamics, hierarchies,

archetypes, you name it. I really, really started to go into depths on all these different

fields. And what I've started to learn, what I've started to realize is depths on all these different fields.

And what I've started to learn, what I've started to realize is that there is a bit of a conundrum,

a sort of a paradox when it comes to leadership and when it comes to specifically men and

leadership.

And so, guys, I encourage you to really tune into this podcast, really hear what

it has to say, because this really is the challenge, the ultimate challenge and paradox that

all men will face at one point in their life. And that's the paradox and the conundrum of masculine

leadership. So what is that conundrum of masculine leadership.

So what is that conundrum?

In essence, when we think about freedom as a man and we think about what would leave us

feeling the most resoundly free in our experience, in our life, in our intimacy, in our relationships with our partner,

what we are really looking for, what we really want is a sense of complete and utter freedom.

And in that complete and utter freedom, there comes a problem, doesn't there?

Because in complete and real, true, whole freedom, there comes a problem, doesn't there? Because in complete and real, true, whole

freedom, there is no order. There is only a sense of chaos because complete freedom means to be

completely unbounded. It means to be completely boundaryless. There is no beginning. There's no end.

There's no walls. There's no structure. There's no rational, logical process that would create that
