Pete, it's an honor to be back with you for another micro

episode. These are entertaining, fascinating, and eye-opening. Yeah, and this is something we've been

starting to do more often to kind of put out a little more content on our channels, but also to

dig into these topics that,

you know, maybe we couldn't fill up a whole show. Maybe we could. But they are, I think,

intriguing thoughts, things to wrestle with and to mull over and to test in scripture. And hopefully edifying and exhorting to you guys out there listening.

So this one we want to talk about I've called the power vacuum.

And it's this idea in nature that if you've ever heard this quote, nature abhorers a vacuum.

It doesn't want to stay a vacuum.

If there is an absence of something, something else will want to or is going to fill that space.

It's always seeking that equilibrium.

And we can see that in examples of nature.

If you don't take care of your lawn and feed it what it needs, the weeds tend to take over and fill in those bare spots.

Or think of a construction site, right, where they move a bunch of earth and you have these piles of dirt everywhere.

It doesn't take too long before you're driving past that pile and it is covered with green.

Or if you have a pool and you don't keep up on the salt or the chlorine,

that algae is just waiting for a chance to get in there.

I had that happen this year even though I was keeping up on it in our little pool in the back.

And we were out of the house for a few days, and I thought I had put enough in.

And sure enough, that algae took hold.
