Today's topic is favorite baking tools. I am a person who bakes all year round, even in the hot

summer months, and I thought it would be fun since I get a lot of questions about tools I'm using

to share the kitchen work courses that make my life easier when it comes to baking.

Now, before I get started, it's worth noting a couple of catalog episodes that are very

relevant. One is called Weekend Food Prep. Those who have been with me for a while know that

food prep is both very therapeutic for me, and it's also how I keep the trains rolling, especially given the

busy school year. I think starting to build your repertoire and habits for weekend food prep during
