Over the weekend, sad news, an amazing martial arts actor and athlete, Chuck Norris,

passed away.

And for some of you who are similar kind of age and vintage of myself, Chuck Norris back in the 80s

was, and the 70s, the man.

I was a massive Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee fan as a kid.

Still I'm a massive Bruce Lee fan as an adult as well.

Some things from childhood just stay with you.

And the fight scene that they had in Way of the Dragon, I had that poster on my walls.

So two things thinking about Chuck Norris passing over the weekend that I thought about.

One, the posters that you had on your bedroom wall when you were a kid. What were the posters on your

bedroom wall? Mine was Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee, their fight at the Coliseum in way of the

dragon. The other thing is sometimes when you see a star and you are actually starstruck. I remember about 15 years ago, I happened

to actually see Chuck Norris on the streets of London. It feels like a Chuck Norris joke.

It actually was marching down Regent Street. And I couldn't believe it. It really was Chuck

Norris. And he was with another martial arts legend as well. And if you know you martial arts, you'll know who Benny the Jet Equides was. But a pair of them walking down. I don't know what they've been doing in town. And I walked over the street. I wanted to go and say hello to Chuck. And then I got within about three or four meters and I just froze. I think it's the aura and power of Chuck Norris that actually my weakened testosterone.

feel. It sort of just reduced me to a quaking mess like many was foes. And so I was I said nothing.

I actually had nothing. I was starstruck. I never, I'm gutted. I would have loved to have said, I used to love your movies. I'm gutted. I never got to send anything to Chuck Norris. So today, Chuck Norris was on my wall. The other thing, this is so sad. I used to get this imported American martial arts magazine when I was a teenager called Combat Magazine. And I remember saving up. It was 50 pounds. A lot of money as a kid. I saved up for a couple of months of my paper round to get these jeans that Chuck Norris advertise as Chuck Norris action jeans. I still got a photo of the advert. I'll put it on a, and it was a picture of Chuck Norris, right, wearing cowboy boots,
