Where we get so stuck, well, like on this hamster, we cannot get off because we're so burned out

when not doing the things or avoiding the things and things continue to pile up.

Sometimes we just need a reset. We need to fully hit pause, wipe the slate clean and reset.

The best way to do this is look at your to-do list with the four days.

Do delegate, delay or delete. Do you're going to do it? Delegate, you're going to delegate it and

really be ruthless with this because you can delegate so much more than you think.
