It is bright and very sunny here on Friday, January the 17th as we hit the record button.

I think this is our first show of 2025.

We've been busy. We've had stuff going on. I was at a bowl game and then Martin was traveling and then we might have had a miscommunication

and it happens. And then here we are. So this show, this date at 11 a.m. Central Standard time has been playing for about a week and a half.

So we got it done. We're here. We made it. We're doing it. Welcome to, welcome to the new year.

Man, it was, it was a good, it was, I i tell you what it didn't really feel like

christmas this year for some reason and i love christmas christmas is my favorite uh time of

year we were just we were so busy and what is also true is normally december is a slow

month for our office and, it couldn't have been

any different this year. It was, I mean, we were slam. I had prospect meetings on Christmas

Eve and New Year's Eve this year. Never, that has never happened. In my 20 years, well,

almost 21 years now of being in this business, I have never had a prospect

meeting on Christmas Eve or, or New Year's Eve. And I had on both this year. It was crazy.
