i'll be super quick because we did have a little bit of a technical issue um man we are we're rocking

rolling uh as i was kind of saying and one of the things that we've got

that's i'm going to say it's it's not new but it's a new opportunity for us i've been talking to

a lot of business owners about um it's some tax strategies and it's a man it's a way to mitigate

um taxes um my business owners that i've talked to have really really

been intrigued by it some folks have jumped on and said hey i want to i want that in my portfolio

money still grows but it gives you some tax benefits as well unfortunately it's not available for

everyone the SEC makes rules around who can and cannot qualify,

not my rules,

because I would make it available for everybody to abate their taxes.
