Summary

This week, Mimi Bouchard joins us on the podcast once again for a motivational and uplifting episode - exactly what we need in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We talk about maintaining self-care and wellness routines while in quarantine, shifting our mentality toward current events and how to use this time off of work or school to set and achieve goals, work on ourselves and ultimately benefit our well-being. Mimi shares five “non-negotiables” that she is integrating into her daily life while she’s stuck indoors to maximize her time and work on her entrepreneurial projects and health/wellness goals. We hope everyone is staying safe, healthy and happy during this crazy time in the world... we’re thinking of you!  instagram.com/thesisterdiary instagram.com/maddieorlando instagram.com/laurenorlando88 Blog: thesisterdiary.comFB group: The Sister Diary Produced by Dear Media
