So not lost in yesterday's worldwide celebration of my friend, President Donald J. Trump,

is amazing administration from Whitkoff to Rubio to all of them.

The unbelievable work they did between Israel and Egypt yesterday was Columbus Day.

We did have Angelo Vivalo on the show yesterday.

We spoke to Joe Piscopo, and unfortunately, Mother Nature did not help us. So the parade was canceled. There were still some

events all over the city, the great Italian people. You know, I grew up my whole life. I wanted to

be Italian. My whole life. I was so jealous of John Chavolto growing up in Brooklyn you know the story and it wasn't until October 7th when I said

you know what I'm a proud Jew and that's it but I do love the Italian people my friend Mike

Sapericone is the co-chairman of the Columbus Day parade and I got to tell you Mike ran last year for state senate against Kirsten Gillibrand.

And you know, I can't stand her.

I think she's one of the worst politicians, not just in New York, but in the country.

And with this government shutdown now going into week number two, Mike, God, I really wish you won.

She is killing us. Well, thanks, Sid,

and I wish I won too. And I think we did pretty well, but, you know, it's always hard to lose.

And that's kind of what happened in a way yesterday, okay? It was such a great thing what

President Trump did yesterday and so proud to be an American, Sid. But a little disappointed in Columbus Day yesterday that we had to cancel the parade.

So that was difficult for us to do.

And, you know, looking at it as the day went on, the weather wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be, right?

And we've had we've had a parade in the rain before.

But Governor Hockel decides on Sunday night to cause a state of emergency and therefore

pretty much ending the parade. Yeah, I mean, there was one woman who was killed, believe it or not,

in New York City, some solar paddle went flying off the roof. So it was the wind more than the
