All right.

I thought is a good work day today.

Good to get back out on the you know in pads.

You know yesterday we took it off of them a little bit from the physical and I thought it was a good mental day.

Kind of working based you know base down situations, a little

introduction to third downs and I thought that allowed us to really push today,

different situations. So you know, kind of like where we are through the week.

You got to continue to make the investments and you know make sure that all things you intensity

Mindset that you know that we're in control of that you know I mean we're trying to create that throughout the course of

practice because it's going to be, you know, very intense and emotional comes Saturday

night so we've got to make sure we can handle, handle ourselves with a discipline

and focus, you know, when we get to that so

it's just a continue push.

I'm sorry on that note like that was something you got really to excel

the last couple of years in terms of handling those situations.

But maybe this year there's been a couple times where it hasn't showed up.

Is that just a constant?

No, I mean, it's, you know, it's growth in individuals, choices by individuals of, you know, how they're preparing themselves

to respond in situations.

You know, it's, you know, we work the way that we work and, you know, we try to create as much adversity as we can even throughout practice

just to prepare guys for when something doesn't go right.
