Just start off, I mean, it's been, I think, I thought the guys really had a great approach.

You know, yesterday really just kind of challenged guys that we got into the practice week, you know, to have just the folks on improvement.

You know, and it's something we talk about all the time, you know, are you willing to fight for your improvement, you know, coming off the game Saturday, you know, you know, sure, you know, all of them as well as every coach, you know, probably got a lot of positive text messages, you know, feel a little bit better, you know, you accomplish the first step, but, you know, you know, none of us signed up for one step. You know, we, it's about the continued growth as you progress through a season that, can you go and be better than what you've been? And, you know, I thought, you know, yesterday, you know, it's probably one of our best practices we've had, you know, throughout today there moments where I didn't quite like the intensity in every period like it needed to be.

And so guys got challenged, they got addressed and it's an opportunity for us to grow through what we need to be

as we continue to push forward.

But, you know, this is a team that is a competitive team.

And, you know, I believe in what they, you know, who they are and what they're all about.

And, you know, it's just the constant, the constant edge.

You know, that is, you know, only one person can choose to go be great, and you've got to be willing to make that choice for yourself. And, you know, I've got a lot of belief in, you know, the potential of this team. And, you know, as we continue to grow, you know, I think we can achieve great things. But right now, it's just about, you know, the day. It's about the rep. It's about the one opportunity. And I thought yesterday, absolutely, you know, accomplished that today. You know, we had some inconsistencies. And so we have to get that corrected. But, you overall throughout this week, with the two days and pads I thought it was

oh I thought was very productive and you guys are continuing to push for that

improvement so you do have you know announced that you know Randy Pittman will

be out you know this week you'll probably here for the next couple you'll see

what it all looks like you know know, he was dealing with an injury

there, you know, early, you know, in camp and was able to kind of manage that through, you know,

for the Alabama game. But, you know, he'll be out for just, it'll be a short period of time.

But he will be out for this week, which will you open the door opportunity to continue to see guys, Amari, you know, Landon, you know, being able to see, you know, with Landon, you know, excited about to get him back into full effect and rolling. And then, you know, Marquishton, who played a pretty good amount the other day. So, you know, that's going to be a great opportunity for those guys. And, you know, I know Randy will be back, you know, here very soon, you know, continuing to help our football teams. So with that being said, I'll take some questions. Question on a week, Chris. Randy played through what he's doing with to play in the out of the other game, is that fair to say? Yeah, I mean, he got himself to where he needed to be to play at the, to be able to give

I know you speak glowingly, but for performance be as good as was, no, he's probably not as healthy as he could be. You know, he did a great job in preparing himself.
