Good morning. I appreciate everybody being here.

Excited about spring ball, you know, here before us.

Looking forward to getting out on the field Wednesday.

You know, finishing up our winter program there before we hit spring break and, you know,

was pleased with the eight weeks that I got to see our guys grow, come together.

You know, really the on the field, you know, your aspect of it with our tour of duty was something I was proud of.

It was a challenging, a challenging workload of what we put in front of our guys.

I thought that, you know, they really took a lot of ownership in, you know,

the work that was being done, but also just the accountability that was necessary to try to

hit the standard of what we're looking to see on a daily basis. And, you know, we've really, you know,

the word accountability has been, has been big. You know this this winter program as we get

get ready to jump into to spring practice is going to be something that we're

going to continue to emphasize of your working to you be the best that we can be on

a daily basis you're not just what you're seeing on the field but continuing to

challenge us or or all of ourselves you, they're off the field and making sure that we're

taking the proper steps so that our best shows up. And, you know, I've really liked the way this

group has come together. I think it's a group that is filled with, you know, great personalities, guys that are outgoing,

that are engaging, supportive, you know, challenging.

I've seen, you know, players, you know, taking some ownership in that, in that realm.

It's just something that is an absolute necessity.

It's something that you need to see within a team.

And, you know, it's something that I've been encouraged with, you know, through, you know, this first two months.
