think yesterday with Wink which which happens on our Winky Wednesdays.

So I want to get to some questions for sure from the mailbag on Twitter on today's program.

One thing I just saw on Twitter, Crock, that I would like to get into here a little bit is we talked yesterday about the throwing motion and the release and what Kyle Shanahan said about Trey Lance and Trey Lance continuing to put in work here after the

O TAs were cut short and there's a video of him throwing to some college kids I don't

know where he is where's Westlake anyway he's I don't know if it's local or if he's back home

somewhere throwing but throwing to some some college kids and I say college kids

because he's the same age, he's a college kid age-wise at 21 years old.

But it looked like he's working on that base,

that wide base that Shannon Han was talking about.

He was just kind of dropping back,

taking these really tiny steps with a wide base and throw it.

So are you all right? What are you doing over there?
