All right, so a very different Matt Harvey than what we expected because the idea of the grievance now does not, I mean, how would you file a grievance after apologizing for doing everything wrong?

So, I mean, there's no grievance. We know that. This was obviously a very emotional and very contrite Matt Harvey who admitted he was out Friday night, played golf Saturday, and put himself in no shape

to go play on, or show up for the game. He wasn't pitching until Sunday. But to show up for the game,

stayed home that day with the headache and obviously now has apologized to his team.

This is not the first time Harvey's been in front of his team.

Will it be the last time?

Who knows?

Clearly has shaken Matt Harvey.

I mean, otherwise, you know, the pollen count got him today because he was clearly

sniffling a lot.

So, I mean, I would take he was emotional with that. But he clearly was

very contrite. He admitted he was embarrassed by his performance. And, you know, hey, listen,

that's not easy to do. It's not easy to go in front of your team and do that. It's obviously

not easy to go in front of the cameras and do that. So's obviously not easy to go in front of the cameras and do that.

So all we can do is take him at his word and, you know, hope things get better.

I mean, that's it.

You know, you give a guy a chance.

And when a guy does that and he apologizes, you move on.

That's all.

And you hope that it doesn't happen again.

And you hope that he does what Terry Collins said, and that is put baseball first. Mad Harvey's got to get away from the idea that part of being Matt Harvey is that you

are one of the stars of this town.
