Jerks. That's Jerks, J-U-R-K-S. Mike, thanks so much for coming on the show today.

Thanks for having me great. All right, so let's start with Michael Proctor back in court. I want to

talk about his appeal, his attempt to get his job back. But before we get to that,

let's focus on Miles King here. He's back in court today, as is Adam Lally, and they're there

for the Miles King case, the man accused of murdering another man in Milton in 2021. Give us your

breakdown so far. I know the Young Jerks has been streaming it.

What are your takeaways from what you've seen so far,

not just on the part of Proctor and Lally, but also the judge here?

I didn't really like the judge's demeanor, but I'd say we'll give him the benefit of the doubt and see where he's going with this.

But the main thing is that we thought Proctor and Lally were going to be questioned by Rosemary, Scarlettio, today.

And that didn't happen.

And it seems like because the defense dropped a bunch of discovery.

The main thing on this that's driving me crazy is this kid

is out on bail for murder after several years of waiting for search warrants and a lot of

discovery, hundreds of items of discovery. And that's why the judge put him out on bail. So again,

it's Norfolk County, the district attorney's office, just a fiasco.
