Welcome to The Treatment. I'm Elvis Mitchell. It's good to have old friends do the show,

as I like to say, and sitting across from here, two old friends.

Miguel Oetta and Mike have been working together, going back to Chuck and Buck,

and then they teamed again for The Good Girl in the newest film as a writing and directing team is Beatrice at dinner.

Let's go back a little bit.

What was your first meeting like? Do you remember that?

As Mike is sitting across me, grinning and gesturing towards Miguel.

Do you remember your first meeting with Miguel, Mike?

I don't remember the first meeting.

I don't think we had a meeting.

We both went to the same college, but at different times.

And so there was a kind of, you know know a group of alumni of that college Wesleyan

University shout out and so we would just I guess socially interact I think that's what it was

yeah yeah you were writing with Sack then at the time and I asked you and Sack to be in Star Maps playing writers, rather naughty writers, yes.

I can't believe how old we are.

Well, I'm older than you barberly of, so if I feel even worse, let me get to my good ear

over here, like what you're saying. And let's talk a little bit about Beatrice's at dinner. How did that

idea come about? You know, I wanted to do something with Miguel for a long time. We've been

working together in television and kind of informally on each other's stuff since the good girl. So
