I was waking up somewhere between 4.30, 4.50, every morning to give myself a little bit of time

and then start working for about two hours before I had to get ready and go to work. And then

The front lines of COVID continues.

I will say it has been both eerie and rough in the hospital settings.

But today I actually want to bring you something resourceful and take a minute away from the heaviness of

COVID. In fact, I feel like this episode is such an important one for us to dive into and I feel

it will really leave you with a positive outlooks, which is something I think we all need a little

of right now. Getting more into my personal routine, something that I feel has been very important has been to maintain

my daily routine. And as of right now, I am working two to three shifts a week in the hospital

setting. So that naturally does give me some structure. But even all my days at home, I feel like

I need to maintain my rhythm and my groove. So I'm still putting on a little bit of makeup. I'm tweezing up those eyebrows. I'm sticking to my skincare routine. Let's just be honest. I'm a look good, feel good kind of girl. That's just a part of what keeps me going. We're sticking to the health routine. Jacob and I have been making our plant-based almond milks, our smoothies. We're working out, utilizing the important part of the grocery store and all the

fresh fruits and veggies. Don't worry, we sprinkle in the much-needed nacho and margarita nights.

That's just how we roll. Mentally, we're moving forward and keeping our head in the game,

and I think that's what is really important here.
