Hello Anna Richardson here. I just thought I'd leave you a quick voice note to tell you

about my new advice podcast. It can't just be me.

I'll be getting super honest about my own topsy-turvy life, as well as helping you solve your

life dilemmas with the support of some very special guests and experts. From Podimo

and Max created, it can't just be me, wherever you get your podcasts.

We put masks on to try in front situations, don't we? And my masks are really heavy.

Drug-taken is constantly letting people down and the shame and embarrassment that it brings

because it's so selfish, but you don't want to hurt people, you don't want to tell lies,

you don't want to become this vile person, but you become that and you've got no control.

But life chips away, it doesn't as a kid you've got all these big hoops and aspirations

and dreams and visions, then life chips away, you're a little bit. I could just saw all

of us, I quit on myself a little bit and sort of lowering my standards and you're settling,

I'll have a drug or I'll have a drink, I'll have a line, whatever else, and that's when

things tumble, don't heal quite fast for me. First line, drink, that picks up pace, when

you take drugs, you just lose yourself completely and you end up kind of out with the wrong

people and getting yourself in danger of positions. And I had to be the best salesman

in the UK, I had to be. So even then I was visualising greatness, winning victories, I just

happened to be a regent in addicts and every young again I'd fall off and crash like

a, yeah, really crash so bad. Yeah, money and success was brilliant, God bless,

better not have money and success, a lot better but dangerous. With one big award, I think

I've worked so hard for that, to amazing brilliant, I'm looking myself in a room for
