Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawson with this Great America Show, midday update for Thursday, September 11th. A very somber day, folks, as we look back, the 24 years that have passed since the horrid attacks in

September 11th, 2001, which turned our New York City upside down and changed the world, in fact,

as we know it now, till this day, we still remember the nearly 3,000 lives that were lost

on that day in 2001. And the,000 lives that were lost on that day in 2001.

And the thousands of lives that were lost since from conditions sustained on those days,

our New York Police Department, our FDNY, anyone who worked in the surrounding area,

the cancers and everything that have come from it.

I myself buried an uncle a year ago from a brain cancer that was sustained from 9-11.

So we keep those people near and dear to our hearts, our first responders, and everybody who was affected by that day.

24 years later, you guys are still in our hearts every single day.

And an extra somber day today, as we mourn the loss of political icon and Patriot,

great American Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated yesterday on a college campus in Utah.

The shooter is still at large, although the FBI has released images of who they believe to be the shooter.

They say they're narrowing in,

and we could expect some big developments to come any moment, any hour, any day now,

as they have recovered a weapon that was allegedly used to assassinate him.

We'll keep you up to date here on The Great America Show. The FBI is now offering a ward of

$100,000 for information leading to the identification and the arrest of this individual

or individuals who are responsible for the assassination of Charlie Kirk. President Trump earlier

this morning announced that he will award Charlie Kirk, the Presidential Medal of Freedom,
