Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawc with this Great America Show Midday Update for Wednesday,

September 10th. In a rare move, the Supreme Court has agreed to fast-track President Trump's

tariff cases. The Supreme Court earlier this afternoon agreeing to fast-track President Trump's

tariff cases that are ongoing because of the Marxist Dems. The High Court will hear the arguments

the first week of November.

As reported late last month, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

rejected President Trump's authority to impose sweeping tariffs in a seven-to-four decision.

In May, the Court of International Trade in New York said that President Trump exceeded his authority

to impose any

tariffs under the International Emergency Economics Power Act of 1977.

The DOJ, of course, immediately appealing the federal court's decision on these tariffs.

Something tells me with the track record and the way things have been going in the Supreme

Court, they may just be on the side of truth, justice, and the American Court, they may just be on the side of

truth, justice, and the American way, which happens to be on the side of President Trump.

The voice of reason in the Democratic Party, I never thought I'd be saying this, seems to be

Senator John Federman of Pennsylvania, slamming his own party for embracing socialism.

Once again, Federman of Pennsylvania, who suffered a stroke, is coming off as one of the most sensible members.

Federman called people of his own party, quote, morons for accepting the ideology of socialism.
