Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show Midday Update for Tuesday, November 18th. Happy Tuesday, folks. Marxist judges run in rogue once again, as they have been for quite some time,

a panel of federal judges this afternoon blocking the new Texas congressional map,

ordering the state to use the same 2021 map that they originally used. In a two to one ruling,

the three judge panel ordered Texas to use that congressional map in the upcoming elections.

The judges claim that the newly redrawn map is unconstitutional because it appears to be a, quote,

race-based gerrymander.

Now, this ruling is almost certainly set to be appealed almost immediately. In late August,

the Texas House voted on the new congressional map after the Marxist Democrats stonewalled them for more than two weeks.

The map passed 19 to 2 along party lines and was designed to

create up to five new Republican drawn U.S. House seats and anticipation for the 2026 midterm elections.

Quote, the mid-decade redistricting isn't about fair representation. It's about politicians

picking their new voters instead of voters choosing their leaders,

according to the Senate Democrat caucus in their statement out today.

Democrat Rudd, California now, passed a new congressional map that eliminates five GOP seats in response to this Texas map.

The Justice Department has followed a lawsuit against California, arguing that its new map

is unconstitutional
