| 0:50.5 | a panel of federal judges this afternoon blocking the new Texas congressional map, |
| 0:56.0 | ordering the state to use the same 2021 map that they originally used. In a two to one ruling, |
| 1:01.2 | the three judge panel ordered Texas to use that congressional map in the upcoming elections. |
| 1:06.1 | The judges claim that the newly redrawn map is unconstitutional because it appears to be a, quote, |
| 1:11.4 | race-based gerrymander. |
