Hello everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America show Midday Update for Tuesday, November 12th.

Well, folks, we're officially on Rino Watch. Exactly a week after the 2024 election, it's starting already.

Tomorrow, Senate Republicans will vote for a new majority leader after Trump hater and war pig, Mitch McConnell,

finally stepping aside from Senate leadership.

Senate Republicans, of course, will vote behind closed doors in a secret ballot to choose their

next leader. It's not just their next leader. It's the leader of America in a sense because

they will control what is taken up in the Senate and President Trump's agenda. Choices between two Trump-hating MAGA-hating rhinos who want war and business as usual

and a businessman and Florida Senator Rick Scott.

Elon Musk, RFK Jr. and MAGA Nation are calling on all Republican senators to vote for Rick Scott

for the Senate majority seat.

Rick Scott, of course, is a logical choice to lead the Senate Republicans.

He blew out his Democratic opponent in Florida by 12 points, but the Senate Republicans have a long

history of, we'll say, going against their voters.

President Trump not weighing in on the status of that race or who his candidate is,

but I think behind

the scenes, uh, the Trump folks are making it clear that Rick Scott is the choice.
