Hello, everybody. I'm John Fawcett with this Great America show Midday Update for Monday, January 6th.

That's right. It's January 6th, the four-year anniversary of that day, the Dems, the Marxist Dems, tell us,

was the biggest threat to democracy worse than 9-11, if you can imagine, folks.

But what I can't imagine is there's still hundreds of January 6ters who were stuck behind

jail cells who are in prison.

And I believe their day is coming, January 20th, when President Donald Trump takes

that office once again.

It's official. Congress has certified President-elect Donald Trump as the winner of the

2024 elections in the proceedings Monday that unfolded without challenge.

Folks, it's the first time since 1988 that a Democrat hasn't contested an election.

Go figure that one, folks, since 1988. The Democrats didn't

contest this time. But, you know, they tell us where are the threats to democracy and, you know,

where are the issue and January 6ters are a bunch of insurrectionists and their criminals and

they're terrible people and, know all that good stuff and

newly elected or i should say reelected house speaker mike johnson saying this week that border

security and deportations are congress's top priorities now i'm not sure if mike johnson

is trying to score some quick brownie points for President Trump or what,

but there has been a referendum and that a referendum came down on November 5th.

President Trump backed Speaker Mike Johnson, I believe he's giving him a second chance.

This is Mike Johnson's chance to prove us wrong.

Well, not all of us, but myself included, and I hope he does, to prove us wrong and do a

good job for this country and do a good job for the Republican Party and do a good job for those
