Summary

Michael has been personal training and coaching clients out of Las Vegas, NV for 9+ years. Michael originally got his personal training certification to learn more about the human body and nutrition for my own knowledge. At the time Michael was recovering from gallbladder surgery and had lost 30 lbs from not being able to eat enough for months before surgery due to the dysfunction of my gallbladder. Michael was determined to find a solution to be healthier and put weight and muscle on to feel more confident and in control of my life. Michael then found a passion in health and fitness by improving himself, and shortly after got a job at one of the Gold's Gyms in town. Michael fell in love with helping other people to become healthier and improve their confidence and the rest is history. Michael Sheedy Fitness was born 5 years ago, and we have successfully helped 100's of people to transform their bodies and lives for the better through fitness coaching.

In this episode, Brad and Michael talk about his personal training business and how he created his reputation. Tune in to hear what it means to have mindset, skillset, and habits.
