0:53.6	Prior to forming Sustainalytics in 2009, Michael was the founder of JANSI research and has been active in the Responsible Investment Field since 1990.
1:03.0	Michael has been recognized with numerous awards for his leadership and work on sustainable investing,
1:08.0	including the Responsible Investment Association's Lifetime Achievement Award,
1:12.5	which he received in 2010. Michael is a director of the Tides Canada Foundation and sits on the
1:18.6	Advisory Council of Ivy Business School's Institute for Long-Term Prosperity Through Business.
1:24.2	He also serves as a director of the Principles for Responsible Investment, or
