Did you ever watch that Kristen Bell crime thriller parody on Netflix called The Woman

in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window?

I mean, such a ridiculous title.

Kristen Bell's husband in the show, though, played by Michael Ealy, is a forensic psychiatrist

for the FBI and specializes in serial killers.

In particular case that he's assigned is for a cannibal killer named Massacre Mike.

Of course, the show is a parody, like I said.

So the writers come up with this plot where Kristen Bell's husband Douglass brings their

daughter to work one day for bring your daughter to work day.

While his work is actually at a prison and his job is to interview these maniacs, one

thing leads to another and Douglass leaves his daughter in the interview room with Massacre

Mike.

And well, he eats her.

I mean, the whole thing is ridiculous, which is the point.

But there are real people like Massacre Mike out there and there are real people like

Douglass, who study serial killers and predators and why they do what they do.

He also uses his firsthand experience of understanding why people kill to make award-winning shows

like criminal minds as realistic as possible.
