This is basically Bill Belichick is the architect of winning in the NFL. I don't think there's a more winning his coach in this generation. You know, there's Lombardy and then there's Belichick. I mean... So what happened with you and him then this year? I don't think nothing happened with me and Belichick. I just think it was just, I didn't fit into the schematically. They changed a whole other it was a whole other defense that people had never seen before. Really, honestly, a defense where you had one defense lineman, two, three linebackers down, like, it was just an attack.

It was just a different defense. So I just I guess I didn't fit into that defensive scheme. Was it a two-gapping thing? They asked you a two-gaping? Yeah, I think two gaping is another thing.

And I feel like they had more linebackers than they actually had defense alignment. So I feel like that was a better scheme for that because if we try to do what we had, rotating eight defense alignment like the Cowboys, it wouldn't have worked out as good because they didn't have eight defense alignment. We didn't have four defensive ends who could rush the passer every single time. We had one or two, but we had more linebackers and more guys who were able to stand up, I felt like. How was your relationship with Brett Bima? Brett is a cool guy, man. I think we just, we are two people who believe it's something strongly.

I'm a guy who wants to be on the field. I'm a guy who wants to play. I'm a guy. If I go through practice, I want to be able to be out there. I just think I'm just somebody, I just, for me, the situation was in a great situation. I came for Philly where it was like we played the four three defense and we just rest the passer all the time.
