for you. I've asked a friend of mine named Michael Wilder to be on the show.

Jessica is a former Mormon, a very zealous former Mormon missionary who now is a gospel

per claimer and a man of God and proclaims the true gospel everywhere, really. And we'll

get more into that. But I want to remind you for the gospels about sound doctrine for

everyday people. And so we love to dig into God's word. We love to talk about theology

and I'm really excited about this two part series because we've had a lot of questions

about Mormonism and there is no better person in my mind to explain the differences and

also some of the building blocks of proper theology and what that transition looks like

than Micah Wilder. He's the author of the new book that's coming out, Passport to Heaven,

the true story of a zealous Mormon missionary who discovers that Jesus he never knew. Micah

I appreciate you having me. Awesome, man. Well, I don't want to waste any of your time

and I really don't want to get in the way if I know what our listeners are eager to hear

from you about. In this part one, I want to talk about your childhood, your background

in Mormonism, and then lead up to the moment that we could call your grace awakening moment,

what started to erode your belief system. But first and foremost, why don't you give

us a little bit of your background and what your childhood looked like and where that
