Mike Williams abruptly retires. What were your thoughts from what you saw around the Chargers?

Yeah, you know, it was interesting. I definitely think that was something that caught them by surprise.

You know, Mike Williams was slated to start the season on the Pup list. And, you know, basically the first day of practice decides to hang them up.

And for the Chargers, when you're there, you could see they're staring at a hole now in their

roster at the ex-receiver position.

I think they were definitely going to count on Mike Williams to fill a significant void

for Justin Herbert. And now they're staring at Quentin Johnston. They're looking at Ladd-McConkey and saying, okay, can we make this up in the aggregate? You know, how far can Ladd-McConkey's game grow at this point? You know, I think they're just trying to figure out exactly what they're going have to do moving forward. They could potentially look at signing a veteran, but I think they want
