Yeah, it's bitter cold out there.

Actually, it's not that bitter.

I mean, I say that, John.

When I woke up this morning or when I got downstairs this morning,

it was 18 degrees, which is quite a bit warmer than the single digit and

negative single digit Fahrenheit temperatures that we saw. Yeah, 18

degrees Fahrenheit, but we were seeing temperatures right around zero within

five degrees on either side all week long in the morning.

So, 18 degrees in the morning is not a bad thing, I guess we're going in the right direction.

But I have to figure out how to solve my ice dams, John.

I've never had them before, and it's not good.
