like that he's got a couple more to go got to keep pushing it he. He has lived in Upper Manhattan for over 20 years and his two passions,

real estate and community service. His passion for real estate is obvious.

like yourself, real estate, community service, and I would also say to you probably fatherhood

and a family are our three passions. We're very much aligned in those. And I talk about the business

aspect of it and she's going to talk about the family relationships. So she'll pull me back.
