We're two months into the new year now, and hopefully you've been able to stay with your new year resolutions or business practices that you put into place.

But it's easy to fall back into old habits if you don't have good systems.

So John and I just recently got back from WorkbenchCon

where we did a presentation on business systems. We wanted to share that with you if you weren't

able to make it. And today what we're going to do is talk all about scheduling your time,

managing your email, and your documents online. John, dude, business systems. Like I thought the class was awesome. I mean, the first one, obviously, was not as good because you were there. But then once you left and I did the second one on my own, it was great. Yeah, man. Well, one, let me apologize. I'm at the house. We're recording today. We're picking up a speed episode here. So I've got a little bit of noise in the background. So I'm sorry for that.

It is just the floofsters being floofy. So no big deal. But yeah, man, the feedback from WorkBunchCon on the,

on the class we were able to do together before I had to scoot was absolutely phenomenal. And I

heard your second one was even better. The attendance went up, what, three times?

You know, like, John's not there? Let's go. No. Pretty sure that I'm just the issue with everything.

Now, it was awesome. But yeah, it was like funny because I was trying to be you. And I was like,

when I was doing custom furniture, these forms really. So it was, it was cool because I think John and I obviously bring

different sides to the table. John has the background in being the full-time furniture maker
