Welcome to episode six.

Today, John and I are going to talk about setting goals and how we both use it in our own ways.

We're going to give you some tips and techniques, and it also should be pretty cool because this will be an episode that John and I have not talked about.

So let's get started. What's happening, John?

Not much, man. I'm excited. I mean, we usually don't do a show that we've never talked about before, so this should be super raw and pretty real. I think the listeners are going to really enjoy it because it'll be a little bit of discovery, and I think there's going to be some actual fact-finding here and learning for the both of us, so I'm pumped. I agree, man. I know we were texting about it a little bit and it was kind of funny because we definitely have

different ways of going about it just from that little bit that we did text about. So this will be fun. Yeah, man. So what I want to start off with last week, we talked about Patreon, and we launched that. And man, we just, we had a great response. In the first 24 hours, we had eight folks jump on board and support us.

And we just wanted to give them a special shout out and thank you.

And we will do this at the beginning of every show.

We will recognize the new patrons.
