joined as always by my co-host, Joe DeMaio, and the news never stops. We have so much to go through today. And Joe, I got to start with this. It is episode 41 of the Mets Pod. Not only can I,

I can't believe we've made it here, but also a special episode. Kodi Senga is wearing number 34, Noah Cindergarde's number, but I think 41 is a pretty

important pitching number in Mets history.

So I had to shout that out.

And something I bet you didn't know before we sat down for today's show.

Had absolutely no idea, shows that I really keep track of this kind of stuff. But I had no idea,

but 41, obviously, Sever, we know everything that comes with that. And Kodai Sengo wore 41 in Japan.

So obviously that wasn't the option here. Like you said, that he chose number 34 after kind of like

polling the audience, which was really awesome. And yeah,

a couple of press conferences here the last couple of days. And I'll tell you, I'm a sucker

for a good press conference. Just put the guy in the jersey in the hat, let them answer the
